Job summary

Chrono24 is expanding its US presence and seeking a customer relations professional focused on fraud prevention. You will inspect listings, assess seller credibility, and help keep Chrono24 a secure luxury watch marketplace.

You will work with the Fraud Prevention Team in Germany, communicating with international clients via phone or email, and contribute to developing new security mechanisms. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Passion for watches and willingness to deepen expertise.
• Basic understanding of security processes in online marketplaces.
• Ability to take on responsibilities and make decisions.
• Willingness to investigate and solve new challenges.
• Excellent written and spoken English; other languages a plus.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
• Proficient with standard Office programs and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect new listings to verify authenticity and seller trustworthiness.
• Monitor security processes to detect and prevent fraud.
• Communicate with international clients via phone or email.
• Collaborate with the Fraud Prevention Team in Germany to support US expansion.
• Help design new mechanisms and processes to keep Chrono24 safe.
