OneMain Financial is seeking an OMF Verifications agent to support the Enterprise Fraud Group, Fraud Analytics and Customer Service. You will help restrict or allow accounts to prevent loss while assisting customers with real-time verification and account updates.

You will handle inbound calls, review daily reports, and maintain confidentiality. The role emphasizes empathy, professionalism, and adherence to policies, with hybrid scheduling Tue-Thu, 11am-8pm.

Qualifications

• High School / GED diploma required.
• 2+ years of call center experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent research skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Reduce Fraud Loss: Exercise sound judgment to restrict (or not restrict) accounts with suspicious attributes.
• Improve Customer Experience: Demonstrate empathy and maintain professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Take inbound calls to assist customers with additional verification if needed.
• Review accounts from the previous day's reports.
• Assist customers with light account maintenance.
• Maintain an understanding of departmental systems, policies and procedures; meet production, judgment and quality goals.
