Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls regarding suspected fraud and credits.
• Create cases for customers and update order information related to fraud.
• Work on urgent fraud cases from multiple queues.
• Make follow-up calls to close fraud orders and secure equipment.
• Review traffic patterns for fraudulent activity and assess risk.
• Analyze network traffic and orders to mitigate fraud losses.
• Operate in a fast-paced data-driven environment with timely decisions.
• Use system tools to close cases and prevent fraud.
