Affirm is a remote-first company redefining credit with a focus on transparent, fair pricing. The Fraud Operations Manager will oversee multiple fraud operations teams, shaping strategy, improving efficiency, and driving quality and safety for customers and merchants.

You will lead senior managers and ICs, align cross-functional partners, and implement data-driven improvements while maintaining an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of disputes and fraud risk experience in FinTech/tech industry.
• 5+ years in fraud management or related people leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale operational change with measurable impact on efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
• Strong strategic planning, risk management, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a group of people leaders and ICs across multiple teams/pods, providing ongoing feedback and career development.
• Drive team performance using metrics such as productivity, quality, customer outcomes, and service levels.
• Foster a high-performing, engaged team environment in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
• Partner with recruiting to hire, onboard, and retain top talent.
