You will investigate account takeover, review transactions for fraud, and collaborate with risk, payments, and support teams to protect accounts and funds while balancing customer experience and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fraud, risk, payments, or financial-services experience.
• Hands-on experience investigating Account Takeover (ATO).
• Experience reviewing accounts and transactions to identify suspicious activity.
• Experience making, documenting, or escalating risk decisions.
• Experience with payments, merchant processing, banking, fintech, or financial-services risk.
• Customer-facing fraud experience, including inbound phone calls.

Responsibilities

• Investigate Account Takeover (ATO) cases and determine appropriate risk actions.
• Review customer accounts and payment activity to identify fraudulent activity.
• Validate payment information and determine legitimacy of activity.
• Escalate or decide holds on funds and transactions as needed.
• Communicate fraud findings and risk decisions clearly to customers and teams.
• Coordinate with Fraud, Risk, Payments, Operations, Compliance, and Support teams.
