Qualifications

• 2+ years of fraud, risk, payments, or fintech experience.
• Hands-on experience investigating Account Takeover (ATO).
• Experience with transactional or payment fraud investigations.

Responsibilities

• Investigate Account Takeover (ATO) cases and fraudulent activity.
• Review accounts, payment activity, and transaction histories for fraud signals.
• Make or escalate risk decisions to hold, release, or block funds or accounts.
• Handle inbound fraud-related customer calls and authenticate customers.
• Document findings and communicate risk decisions clearly.
• Collaborate with Fraud, Risk, Payments, Operations, and Compliance teams.
