Job summary

Credit Key is seeking an Account Resolution Specialist to independently manage dispute and fraud cases on past-due accounts. You will own investigations, bank-compliant logging, and timely resolutions while coordinating with partners and merchants.

The role requires experience in bankruptcy accounts and strong communication with a collaborative team. This position offers a remote work option within the United States, with a focus on accuracy, audit-readiness, and adherence to FDCPA and FCRA

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in commercial collections, recovery, or loan servicing with dispute and bankruptcy experience.
• Knowledge of FDCPA, FCRA, and bankruptcy fundamentals.
• Strong investigation, documentation, and communication skills.
• Able to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a proactive, learning mindset and attention to bank requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own dispute process on past-due accounts from intake to close-out.
• Own fraud process from intake through investigation and resolution.
• Log, code, document bankruptcy accounts, and coordinate with proof-of-claim vendors.
• Prepare and send past-due collection notices and demand letters.
• Ensure all actions are audit-ready and compliant.
• Support other collections and servicing tasks as needed.
