Job summary

FNBO is seeking an Analyst I, Authentication and Contact Strategy, to monitor for potential fraud on customer accounts and validate transactions with clients. The role includes collaborating with business units and managing risk issues related to fraud activity, in a hybrid work setup.

Ideal candidates have fraud experience, PRM familiarity, and strong skills in Excel, SQL, and Business Objects. Training is onsite initially, with a mix of remote days as the program progresses.

Qualifications

• Fraud experience required.
• PRM familiarity beneficial.
• Proficiency in Excel, Business Objects, and SQL.
• Candidates must have unrestricted work authorization and not require sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate and investigate potential suspicious activity.
• Work account takeover, fraud application, bust out, synthetic ID and other suspicious activity queues/reports.
• Work with customers to validate high risk transactions or close and status accounts with confirmed fraud.
• Engage business units to solve potential at risk issues.
• Provide feedback to analysts and management on trends.
