First Merchants Bank is seeking a Fraud Strategy & Analytics Specialist to centralize and enhance fraud prevention tools, aligning them with business goals. You will liaise between fraud operations, LOBs, and external vendors to drive proactive strategy and optimization.

The role requires 3+ years in fraud prevention or risk management, strong analytics, and excellent communication skills to partner across teams in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, or related field.
• At least 3 years of fraud prevention or risk management experience.
• Experience with fraud analytics tools and platforms (NICE/Actimise, FICO, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Centralize and optimize fraud tools to align with business goals.
• Monitor fraud trends and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Coordinate with LOBs and external vendors to support tool strategies.
• Document current state, key decisions, and tool configurations.
