Citi is seeking a Fraud Analytics role within the Fraud Analytics, Modeling & Intelligence organization based in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on leveraging data to identify fraud trends and designing strategies to prevent and mitigate fraud across the lifecycle.

The position may involve management responsibilities and requires collaboration with Fraud Policy, Operations, and other partners to stay aligned with business and technology direction.

Qualificações

• >5 years experience in analytics and modeling or relevant area.

Responsabilidades

• Leverage analytics to identify enhancement opportunities and insights while adhering to Fraud Policy.
• Own and manage fraud rules, scores, detection strategies, risk appetite execution, POS interdiction, and defect analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategy recommendations based on data and trend analysis, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Build relationships within and outside the Fraud organization to ensure timely execution of portfolio priorities.
• Generate and manage regular and ad-hoc reporting to monitor emerging trends.
• Assess manual and automated processes to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
