Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring a Fraud Analyst within the Global Security Organization (GSO). The role focuses on monitoring and triaging fraud incidents, analyzing alerts, and coordinating responses across CIRC and related teams.

The position supports a 24x7 global fraud incident response with a hybrid schedule in Roseland, NJ. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in fraud auditing, experience in financial services, and familiarity with cyber fraud incident activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent are required.
  • CFE, GIAC, Sec+ or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and triage incidents in the CIRC alert queue.
  • Serve as level 2 escalation for high severity fraud cases.
  • Validate security incidents and alerts for suspicious activities or transactions.
  • Process alerts and events toward resolution and support critical incidents.
  • Follow escalation processes to notify leads/managers and stakeholders.
  • Communicate alert progress using standard tools.
  • Conduct technical analysis of security incidents.
  • Coordinate with other CIRC units and fraud stakeholders.
  • Maintain situational awareness of cross-unit incidents.
  • Support incident work streams as directed by leads.
  • Mentor and coordinate fraud training of analysts.
