Job summary

ADP is hiring a Fraud Analyst within its Global Security Organization (GSO) in Roseland, NJ. The role focuses on monitoring security threats, triaging alerts, and turning data into actionable intelligence to protect ADP's money movement and TPSI platforms.

The position requires incident response experience, familiarity with cyber fraud, and the ability to document procedures for standardized fault handling in a 24x7 hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years’ experience in fraud auditing in a large organization.
• 2 years’ experience in financial services and handling fraud incidents.
• Proven analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage incidents in the CIRC alert queue.
• Serve as level 2 escalation for fraud cases and act as investigator when needed.
• Validate alerts for suspicious activities and determine escalation.
• Process alerts to support critical incidents through standard tools.
• Follow escalation processes to CIRC leads and stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly and monthly incident reports and trend analyses.
