Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent education and experience.
• Specialized training in information security helpful.
• Security certifications are a plus but not required (CISSP, GSEC, GCIA, GCIH, GREM).
• 6 years combined security analysis and incident response experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, Windows and Unix/Linux, TCP/IP, and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Investigate security alerts from multiple sources and determine criticality to apply containment and mitigation.
• Lead complex investigations with cross-functional teams in large enterprise environments.
• Own alert investigations and mentor junior analysts to resolution.
• Perform event monitoring and log analysis for cyber alerts in centralized queues.
• Correlate IOCS from active investigations to identify further incidents and assist with remediation.
