Job summary

FIT House of Brands is seeking a Senior Manager, Franchise Technology Programs in Austin to own network-facing technology rollouts, including Mindbody and CRM systems. The role bridges business strategy and technical execution, coordinating with franchise partners and corporate teams to scale systems for growth.

The position requires 8+ years in operations/tech, with 5+ years in leadership, and a track record of managing complex cross-functional projects within the fitness/franchise sector.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in operations, technical project management, or franchise tech systems, with at least 5 years in management or senior project ownership role.
• Deep, expert-level familiarity with Mindbody software configurations, enterprise features, and multi-site scheduling ecosystems.
• Proven experience architecting and implementing robust CRM ecosystems (workflows, funnels, automations) at scale.
• Proven success leading cross-functional projects across multiple corporate departments.

Responsibilities

• Mindbody testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance as primary owner.
• Lead design, development, and rollout of CRM platforms for FIT House of Brands.
• Evaluate and implement secondary technologies to optimize studio workflows and data integrity.
• Partner with Operations and SVP teams on high-value technical initiatives.
• Establish vendor performance framework and manage MSAs/SLAs with vendors.
