The IT Operations Specialist, Franchise role is the face of corporate IT to our franchise network, based on-site in Austin, TX. You will own the franchise technology experience from onboarding through ongoing daily support, delivering proactive, high-quality service to owners and staff.

Success means franchise owners feel supported and informed about their technology, with clear communication and practical, risk-aware IT guidance across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience 3–5 years in IT support, IT operations, or a related technical role, including direct end user support.
• Franchise / Multi-Site Demonstrated experience supporting a franchise, multi-location, or distributed business model.
• Liaison role experience between corporate IT and independent locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated single point of contact between franchise agency owners and corporate IT.
• Deliver white-glove, concierge-level service to franchise owners and staff from initial contact to resolution.
• Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions on franchise user technical issues.
• Perform hands-on setup, configuration, and troubleshooting at franchise sites.
• Provide proactive updates and confirm resolutions with users.
