Job summary

FullSpeed Automotive is seeking a Franchise Support Director, based in North Carolina or Maryland, to guide 30–50 franchised locations, including Grease Monkey and SpeeDee. You will coach, train, and partner with owners to improve operations, revenue, and customer experience while driving sustainable growth.

The role requires 5+ years in franchise support or multi-unit leadership, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience supporting franchise networks or leading multi-unit operations.
• Experience as a Franchise Business Consultant or multi-unit operations leader.
• Strong written, verbal, listening, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and develop effective business strategies.
• Self-starter who proactively identifies solutions and overcomes barriers.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational coaching and strategic guidance to improve business performance for 30–50 franchised locations.
• Maintain frequent communication with franchisees via phone, email, text, and onsite visits 2–4 times per year.
• Partner with Marketing, Training, Legal, and Leadership to support franchisees.
• Ensure adherence to franchise systems, policies, and the Operations Manual.
• Develop actionable business plans focusing on revenue growth and efficiency.
• Identify growth opportunities, real estate opportunities, and strategies for portfolio profitability.
