Five Star Franchising in Springville, UT is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support franchise owners in maximizing the value of the Buying Group programs. You’ll build relationships, drive onboarding, and promote vendor adoption across the network.

In this role you’ll troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendor partners, and run proactive outreach campaigns. You’ll use CRM tools to track interactions, measure adoption, and ensure timely, clear communication with each franchise partner.
