Five Star Franchising LLC is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support franchise owners in leveraging the Five Star Buying Group programs. You will serve as the main point of contact, manage onboarding, and drive adoption across multiple brands and vendors.

You will proactively engage owners, track adoption trends, and collaborate with operations, brand teams, and the Director of Partnerships to deliver measurable value.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with franchise owners and act as primary contact for Buying Group questions and opportunities.
• Own onboarding for new franchise owners and establish a structured 30/60/90-day follow-up plan.
• Drive vendor adoption by tracking usage, identifying underutilized programs, and developing targeted outreach campaigns.
• Resolve issues between franchise owners and vendor partners and escalate when needed.
• Support growth initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to align adoption goals.
