Five Star Franchising is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support franchise owners in maximizing value from the Five Star Buying Group. You’ll build relationships, navigate vendor programs, and drive adoption through proactive outreach and onboarding excellence.

You’ll work with franchise owners, vendor partners, brand operations teams, and the Director of Partnerships to ensure successful program engagement and issue resolution in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and relationship management skills.
• Able to communicate clearly by phone, video, and email.
• Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with franchise owners and act as primary contact for Buying Group questions.
• Own onboarding experience for new franchise owners and improve onboarding processes.
• Track vendor adoption and identify underutilized programs; design outreach campaigns.
• Escalate vendor concerns and coordinate meetings between owners and vendor partners.
• Support Buying Group growth through campaigns, webinars, and communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on adoption goals and provide actionable insights.
