Job summary

BNI Global is seeking an Operations Coordinator (Franchise) in Charlotte, NC to manage onboarding, integration, and operational readiness for franchise growth across the Americas. You will partner with Corporate Development, Finance, IT, and Franchise Support to ensure timely launches.

The role emphasizes data integrity, process optimization, and internal stakeholder coordination, with occasional franchisee interaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in franchise operations or related roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with business systems and CRMs.
• Collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and integration activities for new franchisees, acquisitions, regional transitions, and other initiatives.
• Coordinate operational readiness across internal departments to support launches.
• Facilitate onboarding workflows, system setup, and requirements for timely execution.
• Maintain onboarding documentation, project records, and trackers.
• Support transition planning and post-acquisition integration activities as needed.
• Maintain records across FranConnect, BNI Connect, and other platforms.
• Verify data integrity and perform audits of records and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address onboarding questions and requests.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve documentation and reporting efficiency.
