Location: Remote role with minimal (5-10%) travel required.

The Sales Enablement Specialist bridges the gap between sales strategy and practical implementation. Their primary goal is to empower sales representatives by providing them with the necessary tools, knowledge, and streamlined processes related to effective usage of the Salesforce platform. The specialist will provide recommendations to enhance the internal sales process, be knowledgeable in reporting metrics, support various strategic initiatives within the department, and interact directly with the sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Salesforce CRM Training and Content Development: Facilitate ongoing individual and group training on Salesforce features, navigation, and best practices. Assist with the creation and maintenance of training and reference materials. Collaborate with Sales SLT and Sales Operations teams to identify process bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Assist in implementing strategies to enhance sales efficiency using Salesforce automation and workflows. Seek feedback from users to improve processes. Generate reports and dashboards for sales leadership. Monitor Salesforce adoption, pipeline, and productivity.
  • Salesforce Business Admin: Serve as the subject matter expert, providing primary support to the sales team. Collaborate with development teams to set up and customize Salesforce features. Assist in developing criteria and measures for outcomes. Customize reports, views, and dashboards. Support sales initiatives and internal processes from a sales perspective. Provide support on the dashCRM platform.
  • Sales Process Optimization and Metrics Reporting: Support sales process improvements and generate relevant reports.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales leadership, marketing, tech, and brand teams to align messaging and efforts. Facilitate knowledge sharing across departments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce CRM; Salesforce Certification required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales enablement, preferably in real estate or technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Functions, Charts), Teams, PowerPoint, Word, PowerAutomate, SharePoint.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. Data analysis skills are a plus.
  • High-speed internet required.
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to long-term enablement strategies.
