Franchise Sales Specialist - US Based Remote

Lensa, a leading career site, is seeking a Franchise Sales Specialist for our client, Anywhere Real Estate. This role is remote with minimal travel (5-10%).

The specialist will bridge the gap between sales strategy and implementation, empowering sales teams with tools, knowledge, and processes related to Salesforce. Responsibilities include providing Salesforce training, developing content, optimizing sales processes, generating reports, supporting Salesforce administration, and collaborating cross-functionally to support sales initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating Salesforce CRM training and developing reference materials
  • Identifying process bottlenecks and implementing improvements
  • Creating reports and dashboards for sales insights
  • Supporting Salesforce administration and customization
  • Supporting sales process optimization and metrics reporting
  • Collaborating with sales leadership and other departments to align initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce CRM familiarity and Salesforce Certified
  • 1-2 years in sales, sales operations, or enablement, preferably in real estate or tech
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, PowerAutomate, SharePoint
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and time management skills
  • Data analysis skills are a plus
  • High-speed internet required
