What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Drive the recruiting process from initial lead to franchise start for assigned districts
  2. Train District Managers on the franchise lead generation process and CRM usage
  3. Understand competition and communicate value points of differentiation for the franchise
  4. Manage the overall lead funnel and forecast franchise sales for assigned districts
  5. Survey and map territories for new franchisees while managing the weekly calendar schedule

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. Minimum of 3 years of franchise, business, or direct sales experience
  3. Proven sales management experience
  4. Strong computer skills
  5. Ability to travel as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience in franchise sales or similar roles
  2. Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation processes
  3. Previous experience in territory management
  4. Knowledge of the automotive tools and equipment industry
  5. Excellent presentation and communication skills
