The primary responsibility of this role is to drive company growth through franchise sales and development, including recruiting and converting qualified franchise prospects and supporting current Dickey’s Owner Operators with restaurant ownership transitions. This position works closely with brokers, landlords, and other external partners, while collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Operations, Sales, Development, Training, and Real Estate teams to support successful franchise growth and transitions.
