The Dallas-based, family-founded barbecue franchise serves slow-smoked meats and home-style sides with 'No B.S. (Bad Stuff)' included for dine-in, drive-thru (select locations) and pick-up. We offer a workplace where employees are given meaningful growth opportunities and rewarded for their loyalty and contributions.
We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Restaurant Manager who can lead great restaurant operations while actively growing sales within the local community.
This position is responsible for day-to-day restaurant performance, including team leadership, guest experience, food quality, labor, inventory, operational standards, and community marketing and sales building. The ideal candidate is comfortable both leading inside the restaurant and getting out into the community to build relationships and drive business.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to own the performance of their restaurant—not simply manage a shift.
