• Assist the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) with shifts and administrative duties.
• Provide leadership to Team Members, Team Member Trainers and Shift Leads when the RGM is absent.
• Help with facility maintenance, hiring and developing staff, and ensuring health and safety standards.
