Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to support operations by leading shifts, upholding Taco Bell standards, and guiding team members to deliver fast, friendly, and safe service.

This role requires ownership, problem solving, and the ability to train and mentor staff while ensuring compliance with safety, cash handling, inventory, and labor practices; a strong customer service focus is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.
• Take ownership to solve problems, seek help when needed and guide others.
• Ensure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Maintain a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.
• Shift Lead behaviors include solving customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
• Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner.
• Communicate openly and honestly with the Restaurant Management team.
• Follow cash, security, inventory and labor policies and procedures.
