Taco Bell Corp. is seeking an Assistant Manager at a franchise location to support the Restaurant General Manager by coordinating shifts, handling administrative duties, and ensuring operations meet Taco Bell standards.

In the absence of the RGM, you provide leadership to keep the restaurant running smoothly, coach Team Members and Shift Leads, assist with hiring and development, and ensure health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by coordinating shifts and handling administrative duties.
• Provide leadership in the absence of the RGM to ensure operations meet Taco Bell standards.
• Oversee Team Members, Team Member Trainers and Shift Leads to complete duties and serve safe, quality food.
• Assist with facility maintenance, hiring and development of great Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met.
