Job summary

The Goddard School is seeking a Franchise Consultant to support franchise owners across North and South Carolina. You will provide financial, operational, and educational programming expertise to drive performance and ensure brand standards are met.

Travel up to 80% is required, including local and overnight travel by car and air, with a focus on coaching owners and improving portfolio outcomes across the NC/SC region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in franchise consulting, multi-site leadership, or early childhood education leadership.
• Strong ability to analyze financial statements, operational data, and enrollment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and educational analysis to assess portfolio opportunities and coach franchisees.
• Review P&L statements, enrollment revenue, and labor cost data with franchisees to identify margin improvements.
• Provide guidance to franchisees to align with brand standards and improve performance.
• Coach franchisees on leadership development, staff onboarding, retention, and school culture.
