Job summary

Goddard Systems LLC is seeking a Franchise Consultant to advise a portfolio of franchise owners across North and South Carolina. You will analyze financial and educational performance, coach owners, and align operations with Goddard brand standards to deliver high-quality family experiences.

Frequent travel up to 80% will be required to visit schools and partner with leadership. The role demands strong analytical, presentation, and relationship-building skills, along with experience leading

Qualifications

• 5+ years in franchise consulting, multi-unit operations leadership, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and educational analysis to assess portfolio opportunities and guide franchisees.
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve business plans based on financial and operational data.
• Review P&L, enrollment revenue, and labor costs with franchisees to identify margins.
• Share portfolio trends with leadership to inform cross-functional improvements.
• Monitor brand standards and ensure compliance across locations with action plans.
• Act as liaison to access cross-functional resources like marketing, HR, finance, and tech.
