Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in same field, industry, or equivalent business/ function role.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Hyatt Hotels Corporation and franchise owners & 3rd party management companies to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Development, Product & Brand Design, Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, F&B) to support hotels.
• Hold performance reviews with owner/operators to ensure accountability for Hyatt's core metric performance.
• Provide guidance on Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing to grow top line revenue and fees.
• Support the delivery of Brand Initiatives and build relationships with key stakeholders.
