Job summary

Lift Brands in Minnesota seeks a Franchise Performance and Brand Standards Manager to strengthen franchise performance and ensure consistent execution of brand and operational standards across locations. You will coach franchise owners while maintaining accountability for compliance and brand integrity.

The ideal candidate will build trusted relationships, address compliance concerns, and ensure follow-through while collaborating with Franchise Coaches and internal teams to drive performance

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in franchise or multi-unit operations.
• Experience building relationships with business owners or external stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret KPIs and P&L statements.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits to assess brand, operational, customer experience, facility, and visual identity standards.
• Document findings, communicate corrective actions and deadlines, and monitor progress.
• Build credible relationships with franchise owners and maintain clear accountability.
• Analyze KPIs, P&L statements, sales data, and trends to drive improvement.
• Collaborate with Franchise Coaches, Operations, Marketing, and other teams.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations and initiatives; identify improvement opportunities.
