Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ®️ is seeking a Franchise Operations Manager to coach franchisees, optimize operations, and drive revenue growth from our Eden Prairie HQ in Minnesota. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on guidance to build a scalable franchise network.

You will partner with owners, develop business plans, ensure compliance with brand standards, and manage reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Travel up to 40% is required as you support franchises nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of franchising, business coaching, or related role.
• Franchising experience is required.
• Strong understanding of franchise operations and business development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to analyze financial statements and performance metrics.
• Ability to travel as needed to support franchisees.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching to franchisees to improve operations, sales, and profitability.
• Lead monthly and quarterly Joint Business Planning with franchisees and marketing teams.
• Ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards and financial reporting.
• Support site visits and operational improvements.
