Job summary

Signal seeks a Franchise Operations Coach in Omaha, NE to support franchisees in achieving operational excellence and maintaining brand consistency. You will serve as a liaison between franchisor and franchise owners, providing data-driven insights and strategic coaching across the franchise lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include on-site and remote reviews, onboarding new franchisees, ensuring program adherence, and supporting franchise transitions. Occasional travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in related field (Security Management, Technical Support, Business Operations, Private Security).
• Must have clean driving record.
• Must be able to learn new programs quickly (proprietary software used daily).
• Willing to contribute to a “Championship Culture” of teamwork, passion, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational performance of assigned Franchises; monitor performance trends and identify gaps.
• Review progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives with franchise owners via phone, email, and online meetings.
• Travel to assigned franchise locations to assess execution and develop improvement plans.
• Complete remote and in-market reviews of franchise standards and technology deployment.
• Facilitate onboarding and ramp-up of new franchisees with launch/transition plans.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, systems, and processes.
• Coordinate operational support during franchise transitions (market changes or rebrands).
• Develop training and follow-up plans to improve operational execution and KPIs.
