Job summary

Jinya Holdings seeks a Senior Support Specialist to serve as the primary liaison for franchisees, vendors and internal teams at Woodland Hills. You will lead onboarding, manage inventory and invoicing for smallwares, and oversee packaging and shipping operations.

This role requires strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and the ability to lift items up to 50 pounds. Fluency in English is required; Japanese a plus as you coordinate cross‑functional tasks and ensure accurate, timely

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Japanese a plus
• Proficient in Excel.
• Ability to lift and handle items up to 50 pounds regularly as part of packaging and logistics tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with experience in logistics, inventory, or operations support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
