Job summary

Subway is seeking a Franchise Service Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between the company and ~3,000 franchise restaurants, delivering operational support across multiple functions.

You will handle franchisee inquiries, payment processing coordination, data management, and cross-functional project support, contributing to accurate reporting and strong franchisee relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Degree required.
• 3-5 years of customer service.
• Attention to detail in records and data management.
• Problem solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of support for franchisees and internal teams across operations, payments, and reporting.
• Assist with gift card and payment processing inquiries and onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain internal records, update restaurant data in SUBS, and verify data accuracy.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and communicate critical information to stakeholders.
• Follow up on sales reporting to ensure proper royalty calculations.
