Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively manage inventory levels across various distribution channels, and select suppliers, using proactive forecasting to prevent outages and must-stock gaps.
• Lead recurring distributor calls (e.g., bi-weekly Sysco calls, monthly Wismettac and Sysco Canada calls) with agendas distributed in advance and clear follow-up communicated to stakeholders.
• Hold distributor partners accountable for missed orders, delayed receiving dates, and service failures, escalating and directing corrective action without VP intervention at all times.
• Manage all supply chain communications and logistics for New Restaurant Openings (NRO).
