Confidential – Established National Tax Franchise Organization is seeking a Franchise Operations Manager to support franchise owners, strengthen operations, and drive growth across the network.

The role focuses on coaching owners, enforcing company standards, and improving profitability while managing high-demand, seasonal workloads. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus and knowledge of tax office operations is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in franchise operations, multi-location business management, or a comparable operational leadership role.
• Strong understanding of business operations, performance management, and customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and support independent business owners or managers.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management or reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary operational resource and point of contact for assigned franchisees.
• Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and support to help franchise owners achieve operational and financial goals.
• Monitor franchise performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable strategies to strengthen results.
• Assist franchisees with implementing company policies, procedures, systems, and operational standards.
• Support new franchise locations through onboarding, training, and operational readiness.
