• Monitor franchisee adherence to BI/SI policies and standards.
• Develop local promotions and analyze their effectiveness to drive revenue.
• Travel to NSO sites for on-site setup, training, and opening support (up to 75%).
• Serve as primary point of contact between franchisees and corporate departments.
• Escalate and resolve store-level issues and ensure compliance with legal and policy guidelines.
