Job summary

CJ Foodville USA Inc is seeking a Sr. Ops Associate for on-site leadership of New Store Openings and ongoing store operations in Buena Park, CA.

You will lead NSO activities, coordinate setup, training, and product readiness to ensure a successful opening and smooth stabilization post-launch. Responsibilities include coaching franchisees, monitoring opening quality, and providing post-opening support to ensure brand standards and customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate degree in Hospitality or Business is preferred.
• 2+ years in food service/QSR or multi-unit retail; leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site NSO execution and coordination under FBC/Regional Manager.
• Coordinate daily setup, training, product prep, equipment readiness and opening tasks.
• Ensure NSO checklists, timelines, and tasks are completed per standards.
• Provide hands-on training for new store staff under guidance.
• Monitor opening execution quality and provide feedback to store teams.
• Support transition from opening setup to daily store operations.
• Conduct store visits to review operations, product quality, and brand standards.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and assist in corrective actions.
• Escalate significant issues to FBC/Regional Manager as needed.
• Serve as on-site communication lead for NSO tasks and updates.
