Job summary

Bodybar Pilates is seeking a strategic Director of Franchise Operations in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead field teams, drive performance, and enhance the franchisee experience across the growing BODYBAR network.

The role reports to the VP of Operations & Partnerships and covers presales through ongoing operations, focusing on scalable processes, training, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive franchise operations experience in multi-unit settings, including leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead distributed field teams and drive KPI-driven improvements.
• Experience managing franchise lifecycle from presale to mature operations.
• Strong communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Onboarding Consultant and Business Consultant teams.
• Oversee network-wide performance reporting and drive improvement plans.
• Ensure consistent execution of BODYBAR’s operating model across the network.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Training, Compliance, and Development.
• Support articulation of field priorities and resource allocation for growth.
• Conduct field visits to assess coaching effectiveness and franchisee relationships.
• Monitor training, certification, and brand standards compliance.
