Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in hotel management or equivalent experience.
• CHA preferred.
• 5-7 years of progressive hotel industry experience and project management in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage new hotel opening timelines and coordinate project milestones with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as main liaison between franchise owners, hotel leadership, and internal departments.
• Conduct on-site visits and provide consultation to resolve operational obstacles.
