Job summary

Neighborly, a hub of home and business service brands, is hiring a Franchise Success Manager for the Strategic Operations team in Texas. You will own the onboarding program for new owners, creating a scalable framework and standardized processes across all brands while preserving brand-specific needs.

You will partner with senior leaders, build dashboards, and drive enterprise-wide improvements in onboarding effectiveness and franchise performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, franchise operations, business operations, onboarding or related field.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence multiple functions.
• Experience developing and monitoring KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding program across Neighborly brands, driving consistency and franchise success.
• Design and enhance the onboarding system with scalable, enterprise-wide framework.
• Standardize onboarding processes while preserving brand-specific nuances.
• Define onboarding standards, cadences, milestones and success measures.
• Coordinate onboarding through cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Serve as advisor to Brand Presidents and franchise leadership.
• Develop dashboards and executive reporting on onboarding and performance metrics.
• Lead initiatives to improve franchise owner effectiveness and communications.
