Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• 1+ year of administrative, onboarding, or project coordination experience preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in insurance, franchising, or compliance is a plus.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for multiple new franchisees.
• Monitor compliance requirements, documentation, and deadlines.
• Maintain onboarding records, checklists, and progress reports.
