Home Franchise Concepts, Flower Mound, TX, is hiring a Local Area Marketing Coordinator to support franchisees with local marketing programs and resources. You will coordinate training sessions, maintain marketing assets, and ensure brand-consistent communications while collaborating with internal teams.

The role emphasizes franchisee support, program adoption tracking, and effective use of Canva and our content tools. Hybrid work model with in-office and remote days is offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in Marketing or relevant work experience.
• Combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Franchisee support experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for franchisees and manage LAM office hours and follow-up.
• Respond to inquiries, provide guidance on local marketing programs, connect franchisees with vendors, platforms, materials, tools and resources.
• Monitor marketing cases and track open requests through resolution with internal partners.
