Home Franchise Concepts seeks a Local Area Marketing Coordinator to support franchisees, coordinate training, and manage local marketing programs within brand standards. You’ll work as a day-to-day resource for franchisees, reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager.

Based in Flower Mound, TX, this hybrid role combines office and remote work (Tue/Wed/Thu in the office). Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to drive measurable local marketing impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in Marketing or relevant work experience.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
• Strong preference for candidates with franchisee support experience.
• Experience with Canva and content creation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Franchisee Marketing Support: serve as day-to-day contact for franchisees and manage LAM office hours and follow-up.
• Marketing Material Management: create, organize, distribute, and maintain marketing materials and toolkits.
• Training & Education: coordinate delivery of LAM training, webinars, onboarding resources, and related education.
• Communications & Social Media: draft, organize, and distribute LAM emails, newsletters, posts, and internal communications.
• Resource & Playbook Maintenance: maintain resources on The Source and Canva assets for local use.
• Program Coordination & Measurement: coordinate recurring LAM programs and report adoption of programs and tools.
