Wizards of the Coast in Renton, WA is hiring an Associate Manager, Franchise Business to provide the program management backbone behind franchise growth, licensing, and partner initiatives. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the Renton, WA office and involves coordinating cross-functional teams across franchise, licensing, business development, and legal.

You’ll manage multiple concurrent programs, track milestones, and surface insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in program or project management, especially for business development, licensing, or strategic partnerships.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholder feedback consolidation.
• Comfort with data and reporting to track program performance and surface insights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple franchise growth and licensing programs, ensuring on-time execution against milestones.
• Build and maintain systems surfacing program status, risks, dependencies, and progress for leadership and partners.
• Drive consistency in brand execution and compliance across partners.
• Manage flow of partner deliverables for publishing and content operations, leading asset reviews and approvals.
• Provide data-driven reporting and insights to support growth decisions.
