Hasbro, owner of D&D Beyond, is seeking a Senior Manager of Commercial Strategy to shape growth and profitability in the digital marketplace. The role collaborates with Product, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Franchise teams to set strategy and drive execution.

The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in Renton, WA, and focuses on improving how products are promoted, how new users convert, and how existing customers stay engaged with D&D Beyond.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in commercial strategy, digital commerce, or related field.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Hands-on monetization and storefront optimization experience.
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Franchise partners.
• Passion for games and Dungeons & Dragons is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead commercial strategy and annual planning for D&D Beyond; set revenue and margin targets and own the plan to hit them.
• Lead merchandising and promotions end-to-end: design seasonal sales, lead launch planning, and conduct post-launch analysis.
• Refine the new user experience with product leads so more players make their first purchase and stay.
• Partner across teams to identify growth opportunities, launch commercial initiatives and improve the marketplace experience.
• Track performance through metrics like conversion, retention, and margin, and use learnings for continuous improvement.
