Job summary

BELFOR Franchise Group is seeking a Franchise Onboarding Specialist (JumpStart Coach) to guide new franchisees through essential onboarding tasks and ensure a timely launch. The role reports to the head of Shared Services and coordinates weekly meetings, data capture in FranConnect, and vendor partnerships.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in project management, strong MS Office skills, and a customer-focused, servant-leader mindset. Franchise industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years minimum experience in project management.
• Franchise industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate JumpStart tasks and coordinate weekly meetings with new franchisees.
• Maintain FranConnect records and ensure data accuracy for each franchisee.
• Coordinate training logistics, lunches, and room setups.
• Support licensing research and local government compliance.
• Oversee third-party vendor partnerships for onboarding tasks.
• Assist in quarterly Pre-Launch manual reviews with Brand President and propose updates.
• Ensure on-time delivery of information and support to franchisees.
• Update training calendars and respond to inquiries via phone and email.
