Job summary

FirstLight Home Care seeks a Franchise Launch Coach to guide franchises through opening, transferring, or expanding operations. This role acts as a business consultant coaching owners on launch plans, finances, recruiting, and regulatory compliance to maximize startup success.

You will manage end-to-end launches, conduct weekly coaching sessions, and collaborate with the Compliance Director and Operations to ensure a smooth transition to ongoing Start-Up Coach or Grow Together programs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in home care, senior care, or healthcare industries.
• Working knowledge of CRM, HR tech platforms, and Office suites.
• Proven ability to manage multi-state, multi-unit operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end launch process for new, transferring, or expanding franchises.
• Provide comprehensive business coaching during the launch phase with weekly sessions.
• Guide owners in developing three-year plans covering marketing, sales, and recruitment.
• Coordinate with Compliance Director on licensure and regulation processes.
• Facilitate Flight School training and align curricula with milestones.
• Act as primary operational contact for launch owners on accounting, client care, and tech.
• Collaborate with Operations to monitor progress and implement improvements.
• Ensure seamless transition from launch to ongoing Start-Up Coach or Grow Together groups.
• Maintain cross-training with StartUp Coach for coverage consistency.
